So you want to commission me?

All commissions and works I create, I still own the rights as its creator to, and are for personal use. If you wish to commission me for commercial works, or projects outside of personal use, please reach out to me to discuss further, and we'll come to an agreement and contract proper!

All of my works will contain my signature or watermark or other metadata that links it back to me. I do not remove my watermarks, and request that you do not either.

Commissions are paid 50% up front to actually begin work proper on a piece, and the other 50% upon completion of the work to receive the finished file. All payments are made through Paypal, though if this is not an option for you, please reach out to me and we can discuss other options. This is generally non-refundable, though I may opt to refund the first half if circumstances would make it justified and reasonable to do so, (I.e. I do not have the ability to complete your commission for external life circumstances, or other extrenuous circumstances.)

I am happy to make edits multiple times as requested in the sketch phase without limit, outside of reason, such as wanting an edit of adding another character. However, Once I begin lineart, or otherwise more final aspects of a piece, such as rendering, you get a total of 3 small adjustments you can ask for. Major changes, or any extra changes after that will be $5 per edit. You may request as many color edits to flat colors as you wish, but once rendering has begun, then this rule will apply to any edits from that point onwards.

I am happy to send progress updates as requested, though if you need something done ASAP by a deadline, I need to know that up front so that I can allocate my time properly, and it requires payment in full up front. Beyond that, pieces can flux when they are done based on spoons, complexity and detail of the piece, and time available to work on pieces properly. However, if you are concerned about progress, or I've been too quiet, feel free to reach out at any time with questions or concerns, and I will do my best to communicate with you! I do try to finish pieces in a timely manner, but life is messy sometimes, so I am more than happy to communicate with clients for any questions or updates requested of me!

You may repost commissioned works on social media, but do not remove my watermarks, and please give credit to me if you do so!

Do not feed my work into AI, or use it to train AI. I will absolutely drink your kneecaps and inflict permanent manual breathing on the lifeless shell of a carcass you are.

I reserve the right to refuse to take a commission for any reason, with or without explanation given, and will refund the first half if I choose to do so.

All artwork will come with a basic flat color background, but more detailed backgrounds will require payment as listed under pricing.
